summer in march...
well the weather has been ridiculously beautiful...we have been outside playing every afternoon this week and yesterday almost got up to 80. lennon is very excited about being outside and decided to try some dirt. we also went to the thrift store to pick up some sunglasses for the kids...pretty much adorable!

a visit to the ER...
well this morning sid decided it would be a good idea to jump off some of the kids furniture...to his dismay it ended badly. he split open his eye lid and came out with blood dripping everywhere. with that we went to the emergency room...conveniently located 4 minutes up the street from our house. we didn't have to wait long and they super glued it right up. he was brave and a total rockstar. tuesday he had his first trip to the dentist...it has been an eventful week!

sids doppelganger...
i sent this via text to my family members and everyone replied thinking it was Sid... Lennon has always really resembled her older brother but it is especially difficult to tell since she is wearing sids favorite captain America costume. TOO CUTE!!

awww the big girl bed...
well lennon has officially figured out how to get out (not in) to her pack and play. this brings about very trying moments as a parent. the saga of them coming out of their room just to be met with discipline. whats hard is she isn't even two so she doesn't really get it. we decided to get her a big girl bed with hopes that the excitement would bring about lots of sleepy times...to no avail. she has been falling asleep at the crack of her door every night, which makes it hard to get her back into bed since the door swings in. with all the stress and headaches she is still the most adorable thing ever...i mean really, who can stay mad at that face!?
